Oceanside CA— On August 4, 2019, at approximately 3:30pm, Veniamin “Ben” Monastyrsky was last seen in the area of the Oceanside Pier, in Oceanside, California. He did not arrive at his residence in the area near the San Luis Rey Mission in Oceanside, and was reported missing at approximately 5:30pm to the Oceanside Police Department.
Veniamin Monastyrsky is an 82 year-old White male adult, and is described to be 5’07” tall 160 lbs, with grey hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a tan wide brimmed hat, tan and white plaid short sleeve shirt, khaki pants, and running shoes.
He was seen driving a 2012 bronze colored Honda CR-V bearing California license plate 6VAH201. Mr. Monastyrsky suffers from a medical condition and is not in possession of his medications.
The Oceanside Police Department is requesting witnesses to his possible whereabouts to contact the Oceanside Police Department immediately at (760) 435-4911.
