Oceanside CA— Nothing says the month of July like country music! Wear your country casual Western duds and stop by to say hello to longtime and new friends. Singles and couples welcome!.
Both line dances and couples’ dances will be included in the band’s repertoire. The Line Dance group from Country Club Senior Center (meets Fridays from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.) will be on hand to show off and demonstrate some line dance moves.
We are pleased to feature The Heart to entertain the North County dance community this month. The Heart is a versatile acoustic duo consisting of San Diegans Dale Peters who sings lead
vocals, plays acoustic guitar using various effect pedals and loops, simulating the sound of a full band. Dale is accompanied by his wife Cindy Peters on lead vocals, harmonies and hand percussion.
Hors d’oeuvres are provided courtesy of Fairwinds Ivey Ranch. Socializing, music, dancing and fun are included.
Admission is $10 and tickets are available online at https://apm.activecommunities.com/oceansiderec/Activity_Search/7238.
Tickets are also available at the Country Club or El Corazon Senior Centers in Oceanside, or at the door at Country Club Senior Center on Sunday. Doors open at 2:30 p.m.
