Oceanside CA— The Oceanside Police is looking for your assistance locating a missing person at risk, Juana Perez, a 66 year-old Hispanic female 4’9″, 115 pds, Blk eyes, Brown hair, stoma in neck, suffers from dementia, may not know her name, address or phone number.
Juana wearing blue shirt with stripes, black jeans, white tennis shoes, was last seen 5/14/19 at 7:30pm.
