Oceanside CA— The Woman’s Club of Oceanside held their annual Chili Cook-off fundraiser on March 9, 2019. On May 3rd, the group presented a check for $1000.00 ($800.00 raised from the Chili Cook-off and an additional $200.00 donated by Zucette Lumabas) to the Oceanside Firefighters Association.
Nine people competed with Bobby Cook and Rose Teding taking first place, in the cook-off. Jacob Chambers and Gayle Lacy took second and Jacob Chambers was the winner of the People’s Choice Award.
