Carlsbad CA— C3, Carlsbad Causes for Community, is holding its annual Halloween In The Village Saturday, October 28. A free community event, it begins at 3:00 pm at presenting sponsor Sea Coast Exclusive Properties where trick-or-treaters pick up their merchant map which highlights the locations of the generous merchants giving out treats. Trick-or-treating continues throughout the Carlsbad Village until 6:00 pm.
Once a city-funded event, Halloween In The Village was taken over by C3, a non-profit consisting of local businesses, non-profits and Carlsbad residents who collaborate to raise money for various community causes by putting on programs and events around the Carlsbad Village.
“We are so proud to be hosting the fifth annual Halloween In The Village!” said Deb Ferraro, C3 Founder. “And we’re even more proud that Halloween In The Village will continue.” C3 came about at a crucial time when there weren’t many events going on in the Carlsbad Village. In the last couple of years, the Carlsbad Village Association (CVA) has become more active putting on merchant events, and C3 is happy to pass the reigns for Halloween In The Village over to CVA for 2018.
In their new Carlsbad location, Sea Coast Exclusive Properties is conveniently located 500 Grand Avenue on the corner of State Street and Grand Avenue.
