Oceanside CA— Unity Church of Carlsbad will celebrate their Christmas Candlelight Service on December 18 at 7:00 p.m. The church’s founder, Charles Fillmore, created the special Unity service in the 1930s.
The service will include music by the minister of music, Jack Nalbandian, and the message from Rev. Sharon Connors. Colored candles, with a responsive reading, will be lit representing the twelve powers of the Disciples. Attendees will raise their lighted candles spreading the light into the community.
The service will be held at the Oceanside Civic Center, 300 North Coast Highway, in the community room. The public is welcomed to attend.
