Oceanside CA— Feeding the Soul Foundation, a local non-profit that creates concerts for causes, returns with its annual holiday celebration on Wednesday, December 21, at the Star Theatre in Oceanside. This year’s entertainers are sure to delight, with hosts Billy Galewood and Isaiah Prayer (a.k.a. The Eclectic Bugaloo), and performances by Raining Jane, Eric Schwartz, MC Flow, We Are Thomasse, Jessie Payo, and more. The 2016 HoliDAZE Show will benefit the Sean O’Shea Foundation, a non-profit designed to empower youth and children with cancer through mindfulness curriculum and the movement of yoga. Sean O’ Shea instructors use their creativity and compassion to find stretches, breathing exercises, and visualizations that relieve a patient’s tension and improve well-being.
The holiday cheer kicks off with a pre-party at Surfside Taproom. Guests will be treated to the musical talents of Tolan Shaw and Lee Coulter. During the festivities, Feeding the Soul Foundation will collect unwrapped toys and non-perishable food items for Spirit of Sharing. Spirit of Sharing helps to provide assistance to local military service members and their families during the holiday season. Those who donate will receive a complimentary drink ticket at the Star Theatre.
“We invite San Diego to join us in celebrating the holidays while giving back to our local community,” said Vallie Gilley, founder of Feeding the Soul Foundation. “The HoliDAZE Celebration is a magical evening in Oceanside, where we bring together music, laughter, and generosity.”
The festivites on Wednesday, December 21, 2016, began with the pre-party, 5:00pm at the Surfside Taproom, 507 N Coast Hwy in Oceanside and continue at the Star Theatre, doors open at 7:30. Music begins at 8:30pm.
