Oceanside CA— A brisk wind didn’t deter the large crowd from attending the 2015 edition of the Parade of Lights at the Oceanside Harbor.
The event, sponsored by the Oceanside Yacht Club, featured 23 official entries along with a few that just joined in. The parade began promptly at 7:00pm but as a reader commented yesterday, it seemed to end rather abruptly this year. People arriving after 7:30 missed much of the display.
