Oceanside CA— Early this morning, September 29, 2015 at 6:30 a.m. Oceanside Police dispatchers received a 9-1-1 call regarding a disturbance at the Fiesta Mexicana Restaurant at 3784 Mission Avenue. While driving to the scene, officers were informed the suspect broke two windows and fled.
