Oceanside CA— There will be a public meeting regarding the construction haul route for the mixed use project on Block 18 in downtown Oceanside.
The meeting will be held Wednesday, May 27, 2015, 6:30pm in the Oceanside Public Library Meeting Rooms just east of the Public Library.
Construction on the complex is scheduled to run through July of 2016. When finished, the building will consist of two retail spaces, one 2,259 square-foot restaurant space, one leasing office and 66 market rate apartments. The apartment units will range in size from 670 square-feet to 1,133 square feet. The project includes approximately 60,000 square-feet of below grade, at grade and street parking.
Traffic routes for construction vehicles, including heavy trucks and cement trucks, has the traffic flow, traveling to the site, going south on Coast Highway from SR-76, right on Surfrider Way, left on N. Cleveland through the residential area to Lot 18. From the site, vehicles will travel south on Cleveland, left on Seagaze and follow the one-way traffic pattern back to Mission Ave.
