Vista CA— Last night, Monday January 26, 2015, at about 8:19 pm, deputies responded to a call of an armed robbery at Bistro 760, a sushi restaurant located 959 East Vista Way in the City of Vista.
Deputies arrived and located one gunshot victim, a female customer. The victim was transported to Scripps La Jolla Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male adult, 5’06”-5’09, 150-180 pounds in all black clothing.
The suspect ran from the location. Sheriff’s Canine’s and ASTREA assisted in searching for him, however the suspect is still outstanding. The investigation is on-going and will be handled by Vista Area Detectives. No word on the victims current condition.
